As you may have seen on this blog a few weeks ago, we have been selected to present ComodIT at the GigaOM Structure:Europe conference. You can watch our presentation live on the Structure:Europe live stream. We are also taking this opportunity for a couple announcements:
Opening ComodIT to the public
After nearly four months of private beta, ComodIT is now ready for general availability. As of today, anyone can register and benefit of ComodIT provisioning, configuration management and orchestration features.
Announcing the ComodIT Marketplace
We introduce the ComodIT Marketplace, where you can share and discover applications, and distributions, recipes for quick deployment on your hosts. You can see an example in this short screencast.
Joining the Rackspace Cloud Tools program
We are also very happy to announce that we are joining the Rackspace Cloud Tools Marketplace. This means that customers of the Rackspace Open Cloud can now easily benefit of ComodIT as their unique deployment and orchestration solution across all of their Cloud environments.
This is just the beginning for us, we have many more great features in the development pipeline and are actively working on key industrial partnerships to bring the power of ComodIT Automation to additional platforms.
